Easy to use, good taste and I've noticed a difference
I like that you don't mix it with anything, just put it in your mouth and let it dissolve. I have a hard time turning off at the end of the day and this has already started making a difference in my sleep when I take it before bed.

Love the concept but wish there were more transparency on the ingredients
I tried the RelaxMel and wasn't a fan of the molasses-like taste. I still love the concept of using honey as the medium for relaxing herbs and think it is having a mildly relaxing effect for me.I was a bit wary to use it because of the lack of transparency on ingredients, but I've never had an allergic reaction that required medical care so I proceeded with caution and was fine. I didn't notice any negative side effects at all. Some herbs can cause reactions for me if they are too similar to ragweed or other allergens but this didn't cause any problems for me.The recommended dosage is twice a day and the small jar says it contains 24 servings, but that is hard to imagine. If there are really 24 teaspoons of honey in that jar, it would last for 12 days taking it twice a day. I'll probably just use it in the evening to try to stretch it out further. Despite the taste, I'm intrigued enough by the concept that I may purchase another variety to give a more energizing one a go and see if it works even better for me. The expiration on my jar is 1/9/26 so it should last a long time unopened but I don't think I would enjoy the texture once it crystalized even though its totally safe to use crystalized honey.

No ingredients listed so you don’t really know what’s in it
This sounded like a great product, so I thought I would give it a try. I did not see ingredients listed on the Amazon product page, but I figured they would include that when I received the package. Ingredients were not listed, so it was quite disappointing to say the least.Update: I received an email from the seller and they told me the ingredients for RelaxMEL are:Passiflora Incarnata, Lavandula Angasto, Avena Sativa, Vitex Agnus Castus, Inula Helenium, Humulus LupulusZuf Globus makes a nectar from those herbs in a factory and then they “feed it” to the bees that then make honey from it. This is not a natural process (that concerns me). Normally a honey is made from bees from fresh growing flowers where the bees collect pollen, then make honey. This product is called a “beehive product” meaning it is not a true honey. To me, it tastes more like a sugar syrup and nothing like real honey.I opened the box and the outside of the jar was sticky. The product had leaked and was not sealed properly. In that regard I felt like it might be contaminated, but I did try a little taste. This tastes more like a sugar syrup that a true honey with herbs. It is very sweet and somewhat liquid, not what I would expect from real honey.I am not convinced this is really honey and doesn’t taste very good. It is made in Israel

nice taste
While this is called "honey", it's more important to focus on the "supplement" part of the name. This isn't intended as a food so much as for medicinal purposes (as is mentioned in the product description - you're supposed to put one teaspoon directly in your mouth twice a day). As a supplement, it is definitely one of the most enjoyable to take ones. The flavor is sweet, but not as sweet as adulterated (i.e., mixed with other sugars) honey, and complex. It has a bit of an herbal twist to the flavor which is similar to, but not the same as, manuka honey. In fact, this occupies a similar space as manuka in that you're buying it for its health benefits. In terms of health benefits, it's not something that can be proven. It's something I'm taking on faith of long-term benefits. I do believe it will be helpful, and that it carries more benefits than traditional honey in that respect.

Delicious, but not particularly calming.
I love the taste, but its quite expensive for a small jar of delicious honey that didn't make me any calmer.

Relaxing honey with a deep, rich flavor
I ordered the RelaxMEL version of this honey supplement. It's 100% pure honey, made by bees who were fed a nectar formulated from certain botanical extracts that are supposed to impart their medicinal (or, in this case, relaxing) qualities into the honey. The honey itself is very dark and rich and deep - it looks and tastes almost like molasses! You're not supposed to mix this into your tea or anything, just take it by the teaspoon full morning and night. It's sweet and pleasant to take!My husband works night shifts and he's been taking this when he gets home and sleeps in the morning and it genuinely seems to help him sleep through any daytime noises!

Potent flavor
This RelaxMel herbal honey supplement syrup does seem to work to get me better rest, I give it that. It's a very, very dark, thick honey, with a POTENT taste, almost like licking a slightly bitter molasses. I wouldn't classify it as exactly pleasant. But, it DOES seem to give me better sleep!
