SOLOCherry Cake and Pastry Filling, 12 Ounce (Pack of 6)

The solo is best for Christmas cookies and Danish. So versatile for other desserts. Taste and texture are great in this filling!

The flavor is excellent; not too sweet and perfect for my use. Solo states they sell this item for less than Amazon’s price but you cannot find it anywhere else but Amazon. It arrived quickly and turned out to be a great product.

Very good pastry filling, not thin like some pie fillings. Also like yo add one tablespoon to a bowl of oatmeal for added flavor in the mornings.

There was not one cherry or even a piece of one in the can I opened!. The can contained all the gooey filling. I had to buy a different brand at the store I can’t imagine serving cherry pie when you can’t find a cherry in the pie. Pretty pathetic.

I use Solo Cake and Pastry Filling in some of my Christmas baking. It's hard to find the flavors I want in the quantity I want in the local stores. Being able to buy a six pack at a reasonable cost is wonderful.

but 4 of 6 cans were badly dented. Happens a lot with grocery item deliveries from Amazon.

Very nice. I use to make pastry I learned on Bluprint formerly Craftsy and everyone loved it. Nice amount of cherries and good color and consistency. I couldn't find this in stores near me. They only had pie filling which is definitely different than this pastry filling. Amazon is great!

Started a Cooking 101 class at church. We were taught to make kolaches. This pie filling was requested. It is pureed fruit, so works all better. Was glad to learn about it and all flavors.
