You get two handles and a nice little mesh bag to keep them in.

What is the maximum weight these are spec’ed for?

I’m not sure about max weight, but I use them on my pulley machine Which I believe is a 1:1 ratio, so I’m using up to 180 pounds and these handles do just fine

How big are the snap hooks?

I’m not sure what you mean by snap hooks, but the d rings are roughly 1 and 1/2 inches wide and high, the carabiners are 2 and 1/2 inches long and 1 inch at their widest point.
