Philips Ultinon Pro3000 LED car signaling bulb (P21W red)

I bought this as I wanted a branded light and not the cheaper alternatives. Others have an array of LED's but this Philips unit has only one. Personally I think one LED is just fine and this has made a massive difference to my interior lighting. The light is a bright white light and there's no yellow warmth to it at all but that's ok with me. I can't comment on longevity as I've only had this for a month. Otherwise it's a bit more expensive but you're paying for quality product. Highly recommended.

Good item and look great

The lens of this bulb is red, but the bright LEDs behind shine through white. Not red enough for my fog light. MOT fail. Maybe this bulb has to go behind a red lens, which kind of defeats the object of buying a red bulb in the first place. An expensive disappointment.

Bought for a sidelight on an old Bmw motorbike. Works but obviously the internal mirrors of the headlamp throws any beam so don expect a nice beam pattern. Will probably put original bulbs in just for the mot and return to these afterwards. Bought these when I should really have bought ten at the same price.

I had an issue whereby these bulbs would flicker or cut out intermittently on an older (pre-canbus) vehicle. However, I realised that the cause was a combination of these bulbs first being slimmer than a standard W21W, but most importantly that the contact pins were almost flat towards the body of the bulb, meaning they were not making contact with the holder. I remedied this by pulling the pins from the bulb outward, like you would find on a standard halogen bulb and they work.. for now, although I expect this issue to creep back in.

Comme sur la description

Modèle non compatible avec mon VW T6. Une seule des deux ampoules s'allume et engendre un témoin de défaut au tableau de bord. Retour réalisé.
