Optimal Solutions Biotin 10,000 mcg 90 Rapid Release Liquid Softgels

Stronger, better than other brands I've taken before. I will definitely purchase this brand from now on. It took a couple weeks to really notice, but once it was in my system, daily... huge difference in nail and hair growth and definitely helps my skin look better in every way on a consistent basis. Highly recommend, even over some of the other name brands. One a day works great, but I will admit, I took two whenever I enjoyed a food that I get hives from (vinegar based dressings, etc...) and after a day or two - the hives and acne, gone. Then back to one a day, faithfully. Enjoying hearing my nails on the keyboard again as I type this. Hope it helps make up your mind as to which is worth the money. I would prefer this at the 8 bucks I bought it at, now it's 12 just a couple months later... still when I have it, I will purchase. I think they'd sell a heck of a lot more at 8 bucks a bottle considering how good it is... but... anyhow. Maybe the company will see my review and listen as far as price goes. It's not a miracle supplement, but it's worth 8 bucks a bottle.

I thought this was a pretty good product. To be honest, they all probably do the same thing. I have been having significant hair shedding so I wanted to find supplements that I could take to try to reduce that and to make my hair healthier. I’ve been using multiple products, but I do think that this is helping my hair regenerate and I do notice a lot more thickness. It’s small so it is easy to swallow. My skin nails and hair feel so much better. My nails have been growing too

Works great broken hair is growing back fast. My whole family take these now. Easy to swallow.

Love this biotin gel pills not so big and just perfect dose to get my hair and nails growing.

I took this supplement for about a month for my nails. I ran out and missed a couple weeks, then realized my nails were starting to suffer. That was the best indication that this was making a difference. My nails are slowly becoming stronger and smoother. I won't run out next time.
