Incorrect product and bad customer service.
Falsely sold incorrect amount. It was advertised (as pictured) a different amount. Now the information about the same product has changed, and lavazza when contacted and said it was the correct amount. The image shows they’ve made a mistake and they’re not owning up. Now I’ve spent a lot of money on a small amount of coffee.
