It can’t fit
The Chromebook 511 is not fitting for the protection

We waited nearly 3 weeks for the item to be delivered. Finally that we now have it, we found that the front and back and not clear as they should be but rather scratched and opaque at some areas which was very disappointing. Now we can either keep it at full price or return it and wait another 3 weeks to get a new one… very disappointing experience

I bought this case to protect my 9-year-old’s new, school-issued Chromebook. This is our 2nd purchase of the Gumdrop case — we had one for his last Chromebook (different model/size) that held up well. I did see other reviewers note that they had difficulty with the install. Once I figured out that each piece slides and then snaps into place, I was all set! We’re just a few days into the school year but so far so good. (Note for Gumdrop: a one-page illustration with install instructions would be helpful for customers)
