I would never have thought to purchase caviar on Amazon, as opposed to a local gourmet store. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, flavor, and price. My expectations were exceeded. Of course, I paired it with creme fraiche and Blinis. I’m officially re-ordering.

Wouldn’t order again…

Ordered this for New Year and arrived in time but when open the jar and tried it with a bone spoon, the row was mushy and never popped in the mouth that it should do. When locking at the label there is no mention of Osetra Caviar just Premium Caviar, could have bought a black Caviar from USA for $10.00 and have a better experience. Sorry but don't spend your money on this, paid $150.00 with the shippingStefan&Hallie, Big Island. Hawaii.
