Indofood Rendang - Beef in Chili & Coconut Seasoning, 50 Gram (Pack of 4)

Love it. I don't eat meat but this is a special item. Using Beyond Meat it is cooked as if it were flesh, the flavor, the depth, the taste is wonderful. I often cook it along with Nasi Goreng for a great meal well worth the time it takes.

These are the exact Rendang packets I brought back from Indonesia for my family! So delicious and they bring our family right back there with the flavor!

It's so simple: Get some stew meat, coconut milk and follow the instructions on the back of the package, you'll get one of the best dishes you have ever eaten! Creamy, spicy but not too spicy, just really, really good!

Rendang is from my country so i always make this at least every month lol it tastes so gooood

The results from using this were unbelievably awesome. The rendang it made is the equal of any we have had in any Indonesian restaurant, and it was super easy. The only gotcha is that the packet doesn’t tell you it takes 8 hours to cook. Having made it theee times now, I feel very confident in that number. I followed the recipe but did the long cook in a large cast iron pot (camping dutch oven) in my kitchen oven at 325F, and all three times it took 8 hours to reduce the liquid to the right level. Regardless, we’ll keep buying this spice paste because the results are something the entire family loves.
