I just received it, so can’t comment on durability. It seems to be high quality though. I need a large mat for yoga so I can move around beyond typical yoga mat dimensions. The thin thickness is perfect for balance poses. It has a very nice fine textured surface that is truly “non-slip,” unlike some other mats that make that claim but are textured with smooth slippery bumps.

This is a serious mat and will hold up for a very long time! It's heavy so if you need to carry it upstairs get some help. Looking forward to using it everyday!

I'm giving it 3 stars for durability, only because I just got it 3 days ago. Third day using it for cardio workouts on carpet. I ordered a gxmmatt that was nice but definitely not for cardio workout, it moved every 5 min, a lot, so much that I had to stop and move it back, which was difficult with step platform on it. So I decided to try this thinner rubber mat. My gosh it's 100% better. It's like being on solid surface over carpet. It barely moved in whole 45 min of intense cardio moves. I can't rate it higher until I have used it for awhile to see if it's durable. It came with lame, cheap velcro straps that won't go around it once unwrapped unless you have help for mine is 6'x6' 3mm. So I'll have to buy straps elsewhere which is fine but for price, I think they can give us useful straps with a buckle attached like the gxmmat does(nice straps). I have to roll it up after every use, so just to say it's heavy. But for now, I'm digging it! Oh, and it doesn't smell, which is awesome. I was worried it would. I mean, I get a little smell once in awhile but barely. If you're like me, that needs something firm under you while you jump around on a carpet, then I do suggest this 3mm thick mat. Price is too much, they are making a killing off these. But then again, I don't know the cost of rubber by the foot.

This mat worked well the first few times. Nice size and is comfortable and doesn’t slip. After using it a few times though, small grainy pieces started to come off and leave a trail everywhere, making it feel like sand. Not durable at all. disappointing, especially for the price.

Great weight so it doesn't slip on carpet. Burpees are a breeze on this thing. Great quality and worth the price without a doubt.

I have bought many exercise mats before and bought this one only because it was the only math that I can find in a 6 x 6’ dimension. When it arrived and I unrolled it I found it to be the cheapest, thinnest, and poorly made exercise method I’ve ever seen. I rapidly rolled it back up and returned it. I suggest that you look at any other exercise mat other than this.Please note that I rarely if ever give a bad review to a product. This one deserves it!

The thickness, width, comfort, and ease of cleaning are perfect.
