Excellent customer service by this seller! The zipper broke less than a week into my daughter’s school year. I contacted the seller and received a response that they were sending a replacement and I didn’t have to send the broken one back which would have cost money to ship. We’re almost halfway into the school year now and we’ve had no problems with the new backpack- it’s strong and we’ll made and still looks great! My daughter’s classroom is on the 2nd floor and she loves the 3 wheels and her friends think it’s cool. Thank you!

My daughter loves this backpack. This backpack is well made and she’s been using 2 years (4th & 5th grade) and still any fray. I recommend.

The holes to screw the metal bars to the base did not line up. Had to drill my own to get the screws in..

This bag was not durable at all. The fabric came apart at the seams. However, the trolley part of the bag was strong. Such a lovely bag but was disappointed with the quality

I dont the way it needs to be tied to the stand. it squishes the side pockets.

I was very impressed by the heavy duty material of the backpack, and the rollers. Goes up the stairs with no wiggling all over. Also the rollers base is very solid heavy duty.
