Highly accurate locator. Excellent quality tool.
Excellent multi-tasking locator. I use this NaviTrack 2 in conjunction with Ridgid's SeeSnake Compac2 for sewer line locating and Ridgid's 5-watt brick transmitter (reviewed separately) for electrical, gas and other locating tasks. This is a high-quality, productive multi-tasking tool that's priced accordingly. It's an excellent tool and includes a heavy-duty case. Ridgid offers additional accessories to make the basic locator tool even more productive. Just be sure to take plenty of time to understand the device (including its limitations), technology and what you're doing. While the device and technology is somewhat complicated, once you become proficient it's a pleasure to use and highly accurate. Additionally, I recommend Ridgid's brick transmitter and induction clamp. Both of these accessories fit inside the generous and well thought out case. Great gear. Highly recommend.

A bit more difficult to learn than the RD units.

NaviTrack Locator
Great locator. Works perfectly. I can trace sewer lines with our pipe camera accurately. We also use this with the Ridgid Brick to locate water and electrical lines and have never had a problem.

I saw this in action and was sold immediately. You would have to try really hard to get a location wrong, and I haven't been able to do that yet.

Best for utility locating
Not user friendly as Ridgid scout and a bit complicated for simple since locating but an alternative option to locate utilities with transmitter
