Disappointed
Excited it came opened box no instructions no hardware half pieces missing I am beyond upset! Got a second box Days later still missing the track most important part of whole system. Can’t get through to seller I’m beside myself upset.

A Hassle and a half... I don’t trust this company
After a month of waiting the company still hasn’t done anything about my order that was missing a piece (the piece you need to mount it to the wall), they’ve responded once and I’ve reached out many times after their initial response. It’s described as easy to assemble and can fit closets ranging 4 to 8 ft what they don’t tell you is you have to manually cut things to make them fit and the top won’t fit if you change the size so it isn’t very sturdy overall anyway. A waste of 300$ I wish I went with something else...

Can't put together
Missing 3 of the 4 rods. Can't even assemble.

Poor support and incomplete shipment
We still have not received the hardware and mounting brackets to assemble this. Only one box with bar and shelves.

Missing Hardware
The hardware is missing from this system, so I can't hang the closet bars. I've sent two messages without response. Very disappointing and maddening.
