Q: Can this be mixed into spackle to stop mold during storage?

That is a creative use idea! We have not tested this circumstance so we cannot suggest Paint Guard to be used in spackling. However, there is no apparent reason it would not work to prevent mold growth in stored spackling. -Paint-Guard Team
