I have purchased and used two other brands of these surveillance style pens and have had to return both of them to the sellers because they don't even come close to how they were advertised. This pen, the iSmartPen works exactly as claimed. The video is crisp and clear, the audio is also clear, and it looks exactly like a good quality pen. Needless to say, I love this pen and feel good recommending it. One other thing I like. The instructions are extremely easy to follow. That is an enormous plus in my book. Finally, I had a minor problem I couldn't resolve. The owner, Andrew responded promptly to my question and went way out of his way to help me. He obviously cares a great deal about building and maintaining a strong customer base and I'm a fan.

Great merchant selling a very good product. The pen, high definition camera and mic all work well with easy-to-understand instructions included in the package, along with helpful support options. The merchant cared enough to respond right away (within a few minutes) when we unfortunately received a bad cable to connect the iSmartPen Pro via USB to a computer. They sent us a replacement cable the same day. Great service! In case it helps anyone to know, I also learned that it works very well to connect the pen directly into a USB port on the computer.

Poor image quality, low resolution and many images wash out too much with just normal lighting. Another big problem was that the function to stop a recording was erratic and at times useless. Sometimes the stop function worked, sometimes it didn't and quite often you couldn't tell if if was off or not. I returned the unit for credit and cannot recommend it at all.

I was very impressed when I saw this advertise and bought this right away. After I received it I did not have time to test it and after 30 days I took it out and recharged & tested it. I found the BATTERY WAS COMPLETELY BAD. I COULD NOT RETURN DUE TO AFTER 30 DAYS. IT’S USELESS TO ME NOW AND I WASTED ALL MY MONEY BY BUYING IT. I gave to 1 STAR only because I seriously made only one mistake that I did not test away right after I had received it. THANKS !

Stopped working after a single use. I arranged for a return, but didn't get it in the mail in time. That part's on me, but I'm disappointed the unit crapped out so quickly.

I have ordered many security devices like this, and the entire experience with this product is great. When I called the number on the manual they picked up immediately. There are also instructional videos on YouTUbe which make it very easy to learn how to use.

This isn’t intuitive at all. The light flashes then doesn’t. There’s no indicator light to tell you if the pen is recording or taking pictures.

I think I may have gotten a jinx one because it worked only one time, I spoke with them and they told me they stand behind their product .
