Falls short with design flaws for a Camelback.
The straps are too weak for the size of this camelback. They start to fold in and roll up and the straps don't come down very far. Also the outside pocket either has straps to keep it secure which blocks all the other zippers to the pockets or if you don't attach it, it just flops around everywhere and is useless. The inside is nice and it is pretty on the outside also. I wish I could switch it up for a different one because with all thos issues, it's just not worth the price and it makes it uncomfortable enough I don't know if I will keep wearing it.

Detachable hose not so great
I love camelbak. Had one that lasted 20 years. When that one finally frayed to the point of no return I got this one.I think they over complicated the bladder. The hose release (not on the old version) can get pushed in while in the pack. You know where I’m going with this…..The trick seems to be to have nothing at all in the pack, load the bladder first then carefully add whatever else you’re carrying. For those of us who carry the same stuff everyday, that’s a pain.Straps are a little thin and not padded which makes it less comfortable than my old one especially with the 3L of water weight. There is some sort of stiff backing that makes it sort of clunky to load the bladder. I’m hoping it works itself out with time.

Great hydration pack but the fill-up is problematic
I got this pack for mountain biking. Great hydration pack but the fill-up is problematic. Bladder compartment doesn't unzip all the way so its awkward to refill unless you remove the bladder completely. My other packs are easy to access and can simply fill at the fridge. This one is a bit of an ordeal. Also the cap holder doesn't stay on the cap. It comes off constantly. Its frustrating. The pack itself is great for a few hrs ride. Plenty of water and space for tools, spares and snacks. Shoulder straps are a little small for me tho. Can be a little uncomfortable at times when the pack is at full weight. Doesn't get too hot while wearing so the ventilation is good. Great pack for the $, would recommend.

Pocket space is limited and tight.
Overall the product is a good bag and great wide open area to fill water and put in ice but the pack space is very limited compared to my old bass pro XPS brand that was a quarter of the cost. Would not purchase another one of these. Find a different one with more room unless you are looking for a somewhat compact hydration pack. Filling with water is also a pain due to the handle attached to the hydration part. Over not impressed at all for one of the more expensive brand.

Very bulky
Although it can carry lots of water, the design makes it unnecessary heavy (when empty) with lots of pockets / compartments that are not appropriate for the use of a camelback. The main goal is to carry as much water the most effective way possible, not to carry your whole house. It’s been designed more like a backpack rather than a camelback.
