I found these necklaces to be easy to fill. Bought two as I shared the ashes with the previous owner I adopted my Gunner from. Slightly smaller then I expected, but still precious. Recommend as the instructions say to put small amount of glue on screw threads to prevent opening-use tweezers to hold the screw and work over a protected area in case you fumble the screw. Have read others who dropped and lost it. Of course you want to use the very refined ashes as the funnel easily gets plugged. The seller does check back with you to fix any issues which may pop up which is really nice!!

Pendant is good size and stylish. The only negative that prevented me to give 5 stars was the chain is a cheap chain, it is not the advertised snake chain. So I paid a lot more for this item compared to the other sellers, just to get a stylish chain and urn pendant together. Pendant is nice but chain is not. I contacted seller and they offered me a discount. I did not take it because I just needed a nice chain/pendant to keep my pup close to me. Wish it was nice chain ad it was advertised in the website.

Ordered this to put some of my beloved dog's fur in. This is a very high quality necklace. Unfortunately when I opened the screw it bounced off the counter, into the sink and disappeared down the drain! So be very careful when removing the screw. If I was putting ashes in it the loss of the screw would have been a problem..

This item brought great comfort to the person who received it, after the death of his beloved dog. He can keep a small part of his pet with him andThe urn pendant was given to a friend after the loss of his beloved dog. Although Buddy is no longer with him, he can always carry a small part of him close to his heart. The urn is very well made and is easy to fill. Only wish that the chain was longer,,,it is much too short for most men to wear comfortably. We had to replace the chain, but are very well satisfied with the product.

I bought this after I had my 10 year old Boxer put down. It was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. I had him cremated and put some of the ashes in this heart and it gives me comfort having him close. The chain is very nice with a heavy duty clasp. The heart is heavier than I expected, but I like to know it is there and also have thought about having his name engraved on the back. I have worn it 24/7 for over a month and once forgot to take off in the shower and the color has not changed and it is water proof. Very happy with is purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
