I am always on the look out for a good iron supplement to augment my husband’s vegetarian diet - here we have one.The bottle contains 30 tablets film coated tablets which although quite large are easy to swallow and each of these tablets contains a whopping 24mg of iron (plus other vitamins)! The sealed bottle has a child lock lid and inside there is a massive ‘sponge plug’ and a ‘moisture sack’ to keep the tablets fresh.Overall, a really good iron supplement but it comes at a price

Simple vitamins combined in really nice proportions. This product is a good quality product it does make me feel like i have good levels of vitamins now so i should say it is working well

A push down to open lid, then a huge piece of sponge to try and grasp hold of , and then maybe a third of the jar actually has tablets in it.The smell is that of sickly vitamins I used to take as a child.In my opinion these 30 tablets could be in much smaller packaging, so I don’t think the company is doing their bit for the environment, I’ve knocked a star off for this reason.

I had heard good reviews about this Australian company so thought to give these iron multivitamins a try. I'm a bit anaemic and with the winter approaching, I thought to start with these iron tablets.The formulation of these includes vitamin B2, vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin C to help improve iron absorption from the stomach. The size of pills is a bit large and it takes a bit of time to get use to them. As with all multivitamins, it takes some time to notice any desirable results so I havent noticed anything much but am hopeful I will do in the coming weeks. These iron vitamins are a bit pricey but if I see positive results I will be happy to purchase them again.

I found this product to help with not only individuals with iron deficiencies but also those who are fatigued in the mornings!This complex contains a strong dosage of the B vitamins to assist with energy levels especially in the morning!My only complaint is that you don’t get much per container indicating higher long term cost vs alternatives!Main benefit of this complex is a reduction of pill consumption as its iron combined with B vitamins!Would still recommend!

These aren't the cheapest iron tables (which are generally quite cheap) but the formulation of B vitamins certainly helps you absorb the iron better, so you're getting the full dose.Large tables that some may find hard to take, especially as some iron tablets are very small.

These iron pills had very good packaging, the soft fabric inside the bottle was there to stop the pills breaking during transit. Seal was intact.There are 30 pills in the bottle - enough for a month's supply.Iron pills always have a weird smell - I don't think there's any way to get around that.The pills are quite large and it took me a long time to feel like I had fully swallowed the pill and it had travelled out of my throat - I drank half a bottle of water. If you are not good at taking pills these aren't for you.I have low b12 and iron, so these I hope will give me a little more energy - though to feel the effects it takes over 3 weeks of taking supplements for it to really make a dent.I think a different coating on the pills or a different shape would make them better for easy swallowing.
