Q: the resolution is stating that its 1920 X1080 but all the non refurb models are 3000x2000... is this a typo?

3000 x 2000 is the only resolution you can get this laptop in. All Surface devices are 3:2 ratio so a 1920 x 1080 resolution is not physically possible on any Surface devices.

Q: Are custom fees included in the shipping?

All you pay over Amazon is just for the device and shipping, international customers are responsible for any applicable import fees.

Q: Does it come with original box and charger?

Yes, it does. But there was a crack on the screen, and it was called a refurbished. A refurbished is supposed to be close to being new, if not new.

Q: Does this 'renewed" Surface book 2 come with a warranty so the Asurion 4 year extended warranty can be applied?
