I liked this pan so much that I purchased a second one. It’s a breeze to cook with and cleans beautifully. Sure, it got a scratch, but it does not effect the functionality of the pan at all.

Got as a gift for my wife after reading reviews in Consumer Reports. The non stick works and it has lasted over a year now. Wife loves it for all her cooking when non stick is needed.

Ceramic pans are notorious for losing their non-stick quality fast, and some really do. After a few weeks of regular use, this has not been the case for my Greenpan set (this specific pan plus the rest of this collection's cookware which I bought separately on another platform). There are a few rules we have adhere to, to protect the non-stick surface. We only:1- Use silicon spatulas/utensils on these.2- Always let them cool down before washing.3- Only use a soft sponge to wash them (and believe me, as long as they are non-stick you wouldn't need anything but a sponge to wipe them).4- If something like a tomato based sauce spills on the exterior, we quickly wipe it before it cools down and stains the beautiful exterior color.So far these have been great cookware, and we could not be happier to make the full switch and throw away all the PTFE cookware.

don't buy the skillet!!!!!! had it 2 months never paid this much for a pan. recently it started showing chips on the rim. chips on bottom. chips on cooking surface - which they told me wasn't harmful. very very disappointed. i took extra care since it was very expensive to me. it was kept on a shelf on silicone shelf cover. i used silicone spatula. washed it with Dawn and a swedish cloth. i don't have a gas stove. these are things they told me could scrached it. plus I just foun ou t they also own BLUE DIAMOND so i wound never buy that product either. the green pan products and blue diamond are the same . except blue diamond is 75% cheaper. they do not stand behind their products. don't buy!!!

I was hesitant to pay this much money for a pan, but it's 4 months later now and it's still great to use.It's picked up a few stray marks from food, but the nonstick is still working great. Bottom of the pan dirties easily, but who cares. I'm hoping it holds up for years to come!

Purchased as a returned or used product. Had a chip on the cooking surface. You should not sell a damaged product like a non stick pan. Not safe to cook on. Product was ok otherwise but thin and cheaply made.

Love how easy it is to use and clean - lightweight, nonstick, not anxious about PFAS. But, it's really easy to chip. Crack an egg on the side - chip! Paper towel holder falls over it - deep chip! It's a great pan to use for cooking but wish it were less prone to chipping!

I’ve been using this pan almost exclusively for several weeks and I love it. It is totally nonstick. I can be rough on pans because I do like to cook. So I may change my mind, but for now I love it and would recommend.
