Good product
However, questionable storage/shipping methods at Amazon. I’ve gotten broken jars, ruptured packages, spoiled product - all food items. Caveat emptor.

Home grown works best for us
Being gluten free because of health factors it was a wonderful surprise to find sorghum flour. Unfortunately, that came with a problem. One sorghum flour caused my husband had a food allergy. After realizing that he had eaten sorghum syrup for years without problems we took a look at the source of the flour he couldn't eat. It came from another China. So I began searching for sorghum flour grown and milled here in the U.S. Bob Mills is from Oregon. Problem solved and I look forward to baking him cookies and pies again.

Great for gluten free baking
I love the slight sweet and nutty flavor this flour has! I have to eat gluten free and enjoy now being able to incorporate different flours to my baking. This one is great for muffins and breads. Give it a try!
