I bought this because my acupuncturist says this will help with thinning hair and hair loss. to my surprise it tastes DELICIOUS!!! I just mixed in a tablespoon with 8ounces of vanilla soy milk and yummy. it was like a treat. I hope it works. I am also going to try to make a paste with this and castor oil and apply it on my hair as a leave in treatment over the weekend.
