After taking this product for a few days I did notice a modest increase in energy throughout the day, and didn't get the mid day lull I often experience. I also feel like I do have a greater ability to focus on specific tasks when using this product, rather than getting distracted by many random projects that trickle in throughout the day. The overall effects don't seem very significant, and may simply be a placebo effect. At this point I am not likely to reorder this product, but will update this review if I change my mind as I get through the bottle over the next few weeks.
