Is this dog bed cover waterproof? My old buddy is prone to accidents.

We have a senior dog , and she is incontinent sometimes. She was peeing in her bed at night so we were found this dog bed,He is best. Not only is it super soft and comfy for her, it's waterproof! Her urine just beads on the surface without soaking through to the mattress. The cover is super simple to take off and wash, and re-assemble. I highly recommend this bed to anyone who's dog has accidents.
