I tried 3 different wheel desks before finally trying this one that appears to have been built with quality. I tried other less expensive ones but easily bent. Another one came broken straight out of the packaging box. This one I am happy with and recommend despite the price. You get what you pay for as they say. I am using it on the steering wheel of a 2022 Ford Expedition and have used it both from top and bottom of steering wheel depending on my needs such as for laptop or simply using it for hand writing.

Product came chipped. Seems decent. Definitely helpful and would buy again but if there is a higher quality option go with that. Seems slight flexible. Question the longevity of it.

My co-worker had one of these, I saw it and immediately wanted one. I went on line and looked at a lot of different models and manufacturers and nothing I saw equaled it. The simplicity of design was the selling point. There are lower cost options out there that offer more versatility however its functionality and durability meet all my needs. I plan to order a Second one to keep in my second car so I’ll always have it at the ready.

I travel a couple times a week for work and sometimes need to pull over and pull out my laptop to get some work done. With a mobile hotspot on my phone it's nice to just work in the car instead of going in somewhere and for shorter uses, it works perfectly. It fits between my seat and center console and when I need it I just pull it out and it sits right on the wheel, takes seconds. Positions the laptop at a good height, allows me to rest my elbow on the door arm rest, but I know that is car specific. It doesn't bounce when I type as I would have assumed given its method of attachment. I don't use it for more than an hour at a time and don't use it often, but for the convenience it allows me to work more efficiently in my car and not feel like pulling out my laptop in my car is such a burdensome task.
