The tube is very well made and connects 5 inch pipe perfectly. Just make sure you pay close attention to the direction of the thread between this connector and your pipes.

It would have worked if it threaded two ways.
It would have worked if it threaded two ways. You can't attach more then one hose which was the whole point for this product
