I sent back 3 massages bc they did not meet my expectations or my needs. This one hit the mark. Good air pressure, adjustable and can be very string. Great massage rollers, also adjustable. I use this several times a day, any time I am sitting for anything.. I believe it is already making improvement in my feet. I had begun to feel some numbness in spots on my feet .This is the best massager I found in this price range.

Massage effectiveness is amazing, the pressure is just right with the speed settings. Heating element is an added benefit. Durability and quality made.

Better than even expected!! This foot massager is awesome!! The Air Intensity, squeezing of the feet, is great, even on the lowest setting. The Knead Intensity feels great on the bottoms of feet, really feels like a deep,deep professional massage and the heat is the icing on top!! I would definitely recommend, just like I've already done with family and friends. Thank you Bob and Brad🍒

I am 46/47 feet size, the air pressure is very strong, the massage on the other hand could be stronger, do not feel much at heel or toes, maybe because of my size! Ohh, and the heating is nearly no existence. But one does feel better after a massage, so I will be using as often as possible.

I could sit with my feet in this for hours. I especially love the heat and air pressure.

The foot massager is a great product, but I am writing this review to praise their customer service. The second day that I used the foot massager, I left it on the floor and my young dog chewed the cord in several places. I contacted the Bob and Brad customer service team and was told that they would send me another cord by postal service. The cord arrived within a week, and I received several emails inquiring whether I had received it, and was it satisfactory. Bob and Brad's customer service is amazing. I was heartsick that my dog had damaged a brand new product, but the response I received from this business is beyond compare. Thank you Bob and Brad Customer Service! I have previously bought several Bob and Brad products, and their quality and ease of use has been uniformly excellent. The foot massager has helped my plantar fasciitis; it is easy to adjust the kneading intensity, air pressure, and heat. It just feels great! The remote control is handy. It is not heavy to move around. I use the massager several times a day while my foot heals, and expect to continue regular use. A wonderful product!

It works very well. some people says it does not help their feet, but I have both left and right foot problem for soreness and it resolved both. The price was okay and I would recommend it to anyone have foot problems. I could hardly walk on my feet for long periods of time, but now have no problems walking 4 to 5 miles. The pain went away after 1 week. the quality of the equipment is solid and comfortable. I wear size 13 and have plenty of room inside of the foot massagers.

Best massager I've owned yet. My only issue is that it doesn't work the heels of my feet.
