I upgraded to this 4x a day case from the 3x a day case to accommodate for larger (fish oil size) capsules, in addition to smaller pills. I take several supplements and a few prescription medications throughout the day and this case is just right for my needs. It's durable, has two sturdy closure clasps, and I personally like the design style. I would recommend.

So far, I am extremely happy & impressed with this pill box. It has enough room in the compartments for all of my supplements. I love the color, size, quality & the fact that each day's pills can be removed from the box they are in. I would definitely recommend this product. At first I was like “dang these lids are tight and if they don’t loosen up in a month or two, I’m gonna have to find something else. It’s been a month and most of the lids have loosened up nicely. The capacity of the trays are a wee bit small. If I end up having to incorporate a new Rx, it’s gonna be at full capacity. I estimate capacity to be at 4.5 grams or eight 500 mg pills TIGHT.The travel case it also nice.For the price point, I’ve no complaints.

I purchased this for my grandmother who often forgot to pack some of her medication when packing her travel case. Now she just takes out the days she needs that were packed for the week.

This looked small at first but it holds all of my husbands meds. I like that a person can take oit one day at a time

The media could not be loaded. I can see at a glance if I have taken my scheduled dose or not. No need to lug around all my med bottles. If I am going to be gone for the day, I can take the day's container out and just put it in my purse. Safe and secure.

I ordered this product and couldn't wait for it to get here. I finally got it, and at first, I said, I don't know about this. I went over it, tried it out, (I was afraid it was not going to close good or it would not stay shut. Well, I went to my daughter's for a few days and I took the pill case. I can tell you right now, I absolutely love this pill case. It closed really good and stayed closed. i was soooo excited. I cannot say enough about it. Thank you

However, upon trying to replicate the arrangement, I found that it was a tight fit, and fitting in 6 pills was a struggle. It's quite possible that the photo does not accurately portray the true size of the compartments.To add to the disappointment, there was even a spelling mistake in the photo description. It should have read "8x fish oils," but the word "oils" was misspelled. This lack of attention to detail does raise concerns about the accuracy of other information provided on the product page.In conclusion, the OuYteu Large Pill Organizer does boast good quality, but its actual capacity falls short of the advertised claims.
