Sturdy and effective
It's simple to assemble, but it will take some work. Does its job beautifully. We use it on a lawn tractor. Don't back up with it or you will bend the guide bars. They're easy enough to bend back in shape, but still not a good idea.

Works great!
Works well after I broke new ground on a 25’x25’ garden. Used to mix manure in also before I made my beds/rows. Must modify back of tractor with a special hitch to work. There is one photo here where they person is doing it completely wrong by just attaching it to the factory tow point on his/her tractor

Pretty decent
Still getting used to it it sucks on dry soil. I like it though. If the ground is already tilled it does very well but to break new ground it takes some learning

Good cultivator, with caveats
I was surprised at how well this thing performed. I ran across a few rows of peas and okra that were a couple of inches high with no problem after I removed the two innermost tines. With them installed, it would have been too close to avoid digging up some of my plants. But later I installed all of the tines and ran down the middles, and it did a good job there. It was pulled with a 26 HP Craftsman with turf tires and no weights, and there was no slippage that I detected. My biggest beef is that there is nothing built-in to laterally stabilize the implement. It would wander all over the place unless there was a plate at the hitch that would prevent it from destroying your crop. I had an old, worn-out mower blade that slid into the hitch and I was able to snug up the bolts so that it would not wander. Problem solved, but Brinly should have that built in.Just be aware that there is minimal vertical clearance over a row with these garden tractors, so you could damage your crop if it's more than a couple of inches high. Solve that problem by making your rows wide enough for the tractor to run down between them.

It works very well in my garden and the assembly was easy. I've already used it a few times and I even used it to break up some ruts in untilled ground. I would like to note that I did have to add a steel plate to the Brinly hitch to make it wide enough to reach the stabilizer adjustment bolts on my old Massey Ferguson MF10.

Better than expected
When reviewing this before purchasing, it didn't look to sturdy. I was wrong. It is built quite well and holds up .

One Star
Requires so much weight that you have to build something for the top to hold the weight.

the picture is not what you get in terms of the holes on the bottom of the blade. If the holes where there like it shows in the picture you would be able to add a wider blade that would make this a very good item. You will need to add weight to the product in order to have it get into the dirt and do what you need it to do.
