These are stronger than I thought. It almost got my finger when trying it out on a heavy piece of 1/4” plate steel. Then I couldn’t pull it off, I had to slide it off the side.I just bought a couple to mount metal flashlights in my truck. Obviously they will hold a lot more than that.

Fantastic, durable & well-packages. My only complaint is that it comes with a thin silicone "condom" (for lack of a better word) that you have to pull over the magnet, rather than having the protective barrier/ cushion attached. The magnet itself has a hard plastic shell. I hope the silicone holds up to use.

Works pretty well. I stuck this on the side board of my bed. Note it holds most guns. Bigger, heavier guns not so well. I wanted to keep my tuarus 9mm on there but it kept slipping. So instead I keep my smaller Ruger 9mm on there.

Using this to hold open a gate on my deck, excellent!

I bought two of these. They work extremely well. Keeps my Shield 9mm in place without any movement at all. Great way to carry in your car.
