This is me, based on research articles I have read I decided to combine PQQ ( mitochondria generator ) with Coq10 ( Mitochondria energy fuel). The result is outstanding. Designs for Health understand the benefits of combining these two for full mitochondria benefits inside cells. I don’t recommend you do what I do, but do your own research. Regarding this supplement, it’s the rarest since it’s hard to find pure bio PQQ in the market without contamination unless it’s reputable brand like this one.
