I have been using this for years. The flavor is nice - not too sweet. I add it to yogurt, oatmeal and smoothies.

I wanted a powder that I could use in a variety of ways- mainly to mix in smoothies and yogurt and oatmeal. The flavor is awful across the board- it is not sweet at all, it’s almost bitter? The texture is fine, better than some protein powders, but still a bit gritty. Definitely not worth the money😭

We did the 7 day detox. My husband and I split it so that we could each do a week. We have kept up with eating healthy (except for a few cheat meals) and we have both lost over 15lbs in a little over a month.

Didnt notice initially that this only offers 2 weeks of product ( if injested once a day) For almost 50$ I would have hoped for a 30 day supply. Most days I like to implement a shake for breakfast and lunch...did feel a positive impact for about a week... now what to do about the rest of the month - a hundred $ just in vitamin infused protein powder a month ? not possible for me unfortunately... my usual powder is (which they have been out of) Garden of life perfect meal; it's a month supply with triple the nutrient density at a comparable price. I'll do that again from now on
