Really good though expensive. Used it for Gemtide injections to carry on international 23h flight

It does keep insulin cool at around 8 degrees centigrade for 24hours atleast when flask is keept around 30 degrees ambient temperature...it's a little costly but does very good job by keeping insulin at proper storage temperature, we could use make shift cooling solution by using any thermos we can buy locally but we cannot get similiar shaped bio gel hence the price is justified because of the bio gel only but the flask is regular vacuum thermos that we can buy for few hundred rupees it's the bio gel we cannot find anywhere that can be kept frozen or cold for so long and that too of the perfect size as per thermos. I checked the temperature inside the flask using cooking thermometer(which i already had) which is quiet accurate and it holds temperature inside flask at around 8 degrees for 24 hours. I am planning a trip abroad in next few days so will update review on how it goes in security check in india and abroad as well and during international flight.

Abhi kuch din phle hi ye product purchase Kiya ha aur check kiya product thik ha acha ha par prices kuch jyada high hai. Meri taraf se product best hai genuine hai cooling capacity achi ha portable hai ap fatafat se isko carry kar sakte ho aur koi alag se ice ya ice pack legane ki jarurat nahi hai.
