The Serial 3 Channel AC SSR and Dimmer is a powerful tool for IoT enthusiasts, allowing for simultaneous control of three loads with precise dimming capabilities. Designed for compatibility with Arduino and Raspberry Pi, it supports a robust load capacity of 12 Amps and operates seamlessly across various voltage standards.

Frighteningly poor quality
Where to start...Mine needed multiple repairs before it was operational. One of the heatsinks was loose, which would have smoked the triac if I had run any power through it. The "A" connector has a bad screw terminal: nothing can be connected to that channel. It's 2 for the price of 3. I've ordered a new connector. From a board layout standpoint, it's truly horrible. The hot and neutral of the output channels is backwards from the power channel, so it would be very easy to have loads with swapped hot and neutral lines. Trace spacing and layout could never get UL/CSA approval: there's too many high voltage traces too close together.

Avoid. There are better dimmers out there.
Works, but 60% is somehow dimmer than 40%.

All ok, thanks.
All ok, thanks.

Room for improvement, but works fine.
This item works, but takes much more tinkering than you might think. For example, sending a serial command of A040 has a lower dimming level than A010, which makes no sense. Eventually, through trial and error, you will find what values give you the dimming values you want. After that, it seems to work fine.
