Surprisingly good
I repair guitars and decided to give this a shot. Worked great. Sounds great. Happy customer.

Does what it's designed to do
My electric uke had one of those little dime-sized circular piezo pickups glued to the inside of the ukulele top, under the strings. The sound was tinny and adjusting the tone (passive controller) did almost nothing. I ripped it out and replaced it with this under-saddle pickup, and it became a new instrument. Don't get me wrong - there are better options, but they are more expensive. This one fit my needs perfectly and the sound is much fuller (better frequency response), and bonus - less feedback. Caveat: Either know what you are doing or have a luthier or repair shop install it. Installation most likely will require cutting and/or sanding the saddle or replacement of the saddle entirely. If you don't get this right, it could be very frustrating and you won't get the sound you are hoping for.

It was exactly what I needed.
This pickup went on a Martin acoustic. Someone destroyed the original.Allen Topo and the "Shell Knob Strings."

too thick
I was trying to replace my old pickup and this one is almost 1mm thicker. so if you install it - there is very little depth left for the bridge itself unless you deepened the slot. Had to return

Fits Yamaha FX335C but you'll have to clip and solder the end
Not a whole lot to say about this, it works well, and is inexpensive. I bought it to replace in my Yamaha FX335C and the pickup itself is a perfect fit to the original. However, Yamaha has a two prong fitting where it plugs into the preamp that the end on this won't work with. You'll have to snip off the old and solder it to that connector. I took the actual metal pins out of the plastic housing and soldered the wires to it then put them back in. It works, just takes a little time.

not good

Not bad!
Not hard to install, the plug end fit through the hole. This pickup is thicker than the last one so I had to work on the saddle by sanding it down. It has a punchy high end, I have to eq the treble way down. Beats what was in there before I replaced it!
