I bought 2 because my husband and I go to a lot of car shows outside in the blazing summer heat. They are usually on asphalt parking lots. Thought I would give these a shot to see how well they worked. I put it to the test at a car show where the temp was 98 degrees and no shade. I put mine on at 10AM and took it off at 1:15PM not because it quit but because I went to sit in shade.POSITIVES:-Ran on high speed for 3.25 Hours and still had a charge left.-Light weight-3 Speeds-Simple - One button for speed of fan and only 2 pieces in the box - the neck fan and the USB charging cable.-Quite, I had on high speed and the little sound it did make didnt bother me at all.-Fan was blowing air at/on me but It was not irritating. It was kind of like that light breeze you want to feel when it's that hot outside.-Flexible material lets you mold it around your neck. (Do not buy one of these that will not flex around each individuals neck size.)NEGATIVES:-If you are expecting this to be a personal airconditioner fan and blow cold air on you, Its NOT. Its a fan only.-Only blows up. Neck and face-I have long hair and I wore it up so I have not had this problem (hopefully I never will) but the instructions say it can catch long hair and pull on it.-Wish it had a setting for temperature such as cold, colder, and coldest........ I know it's just a fan!Overall it did just what it says it would do and it did keep me cooler than not wearing it. I do recommend it as long as you know it's just a FAN and will only lower your body temp by maybe a few degrees. It surpassed how long seller said the charge would last. I'm happy with it.

Been using a little over 2 months now. I do not leave home without this neck fan if it is over 80 degrees. I have hyperhidrosis around my hairline and it's extremely embarrassing to say the least. Botox is insanely expensive and I haven't found any creams or syrums that actually work for the hairline/scalp. My last alternative was a fan. I bought a hand held but hated holding it all the time. So I finally ordered a neck fan. I love this device. I do wish it actually hit my face a little bit it keeps the side of my head nice and cool without ripping hair out. This does not get rid of my problem but it stops about 70% of my sweating from happening. I get stopped every 5 seconds now from people asking me if I like it or how well it works. At this point I've referred well over a 100 people now to buy one. I feel like a neck fan spokesperson. Where's my paycheck?? Lol would be nice. BUY THIS PRODUCT....YOU WONT REGRET IT

I usually send my sis in California a couple of frozen Lou Malnati's deep dish pizzas for her birthday, but this year she was really uncomfortable walking her dog in the heat (often over 100 degrees) during the summer heat wave, and asked me for one of these fans that hang around your neck. She lost an arm to cancer, so when she's holding her dog's leash, she doesn't have a free hand to hold anything else. A fan that hangs around the neck solves the problem perfectly. So that was her present and it kept her cool all through the summer. Now I'm a hero. You can just use it to keep both hands free so you can play on your phone....

It works great. The only issue I have with it is the battery does not last the 6 hours they say it does. I use it at work and battery goes down before my shift ends. Other than that it helps keep me cool. It has 3 speeds andI have been using it on the 2nd speed.

Purchased first one for a friend who’s always hot. She brings it to bingo night during the summer. Purchased another for a friend who’s going through “the change “. Item is lightweight around the neck, you can clean and move with a gentle and constant cooling at the base of your neck. Has different speeds and easy to charge up.

I got this to use inside my bee suit when working in my apiary. It gets really hot in the summer months and this neck fan has allowed me to work my hives without passing out from heat exhaustion. It keeps my neck and face much cooler. Also works great in the garden when picking the harvest or pulling weeds.

These are great to help keep cool at the Theme Parks!

I really like this fan but make sure you charge it right away to check it specially if it didn’t come in the box. Also after a year or two it starts to make a sound. But other than that it works great.
