I have to admit at first I was like..
I have to admit at first I was like.... what could be different about a jump rope. But I needed something different for my cardio. I felt like a kid again. Loved that it was adjustable... I am only 5'3 so usually they are to long. Loved how light weight it was. Looking forward to using this in my exercise routine. I plan on taking it with me on my business trip since it will take up no room.
