Tougher than others.
Looks new. Great battery life. Heavy duty. Easy to use. Bigger than the last one but worth it. USB C connector is better.

Rugged High Quality Flip Phone Works Perfectly
Activated w new SIM card. EVERYTHING works. Mobile Hotspot provides WiFi router on the road. Phone Browser can use WiFi to access internet. Calls. Texts. Everything. Much thanks to Mobile Supply Company. At delivery it looked completely brand new. Couldn't tell if the phone had been used before. One thing, to get everything working have to be careful w the APN settings

Not compatible with AT&T
This phone was advertised to work with my network, AT&T. But after three days, and three trips to the store, it was determined that this phone is not in fact compatible. Maybe it wasn’t one time, but it is no longer compatible with modern AT&T network.

Great flip phone
This type of phone still has a place in the world, so if you are after simplicity, this is a great phone. Built very well, will sustain most daily activities. Simple to scroll through the settings and add contacts etc. I gave it a 4 because I think it a bit overpriced for what it is. Would be most difficult to sell, no bells no whistles. So I feel it should have been 1/2 the price that I paid….it was a “refurb”, not even brand new. Thats all.

Excellent Transaction & Condition of Product received
This review is more about the service and condition of the product received. Shipment was expedient and the product was like brand new. I had one of these phones for the Verizon carrier and was very satisfied with the durability and features of it that I wanted one for my new carrier; Pure Talk. I tried to port over my Verizon phone to my new carrier which uses AT&T service but I lost the functionality of sending text messages to email addresses and I completely lost the functionality of sending and receiving pictures. Now that I have the "same" phone for the AT&T carrier, I have all the functionality back.

Slow operating system
Love the design and sturdiness. This is a no flairs phone. I don't particularly love the operating system... the text prediction is useless and there's no t9 option so I have to use the regular push the number three times for c texting... and it crashes if you get a text when you're trying to send one. The calling and regular phone aspects work fine but i use this for mostly text so its bugs are pretty annoying. You can drop/throw the phone without issue though so there's that and the camera is okay.
