Perfect fit + off and running, right out of the box!
I would totally give this 5 stars except it took freaking forever to get here! What they don't tell you is that this unit ships from China so shipping is sllooow. Once arrived, I installed this onto my somewhat ancient Troy-Bilt 4 cycle string trimmer in less than 15 minutes. This unit has an adjustable mixture screw which is awesome considering my factory one was completely non-adjustable.The gasoline hose ports and the throttle linkage were in the right place right out of the box & as such I installed this with absolutely no modifications and no headaches. This was seriously the easiest project I've done this year, & anyone with a good set of screwdrivers and some mechanical aptitude can do it. Once installed, I primed the new carb using the bulb maybe 4-5 times and my trimmer took off running better than it ever had since the day it was new. I quickly adjusted the idle control and the mixture which took about 3 minutes and bam! done! I can't say enough good about this replacement carb. Just do it!!!

Fix the adjustment screw
This carb has an extra adjustment screw but it was so sensitive I could not keep it running. It would idle but not take the gas or wouldn't start.

Cranks on first pull.
Complete quality procuct. Best if you use non-ethanol gas with carbureator. Mower starts on first pull with new carbureator.
