These are awesome little weights! They have a nice feel to them (I think they're sand-filled). The strap on the back makes it a little easier to hold, although as a woman, it's loose on my hand. I use these when I'm exercising on my rebounder. They're more comfortable to hold than traditional dumbbells, and if I happen to drop one while bouncing, it won't break anything. They're also convenient to store; I keep mine tucked away on a bookshelf. I have a lot of exercise add-ons that I've bought over the years and never used, but I have been consistently reaching for these weights to keep my upper body strenth up.

Handy little weights for home exercises. Easy to hold. Quality of materials is good. Sewn well. Soft so they don’t harm anything if dropped or set down hard. Like the option of 1,2 or 3 pounds.

Ergonomics are excellent. Great hand feel. Unlikely to drop, and if dropped, they won’t hurt ! They are relatively soft I am so glad I bought these

I purchased these specifically to increase shadowboxing workout resistance. They are sand filled. I wish the covers were removable to I could wash them as my hands get pretty sweaty while holding them. Trade-offs for everything, I guess. Oh well... they work, they weren't absurdly expensive, so they're worth four stars.

These weights are easy to use and made very well. The handles are very useful. They are much nicer than hard dumbbells.

So much nicer than ankle weights, these help draw the upper body into motion, a good work out during a good walk.
