Looks nice in my aquarium

Brightly colored, spreads out nicely.

This is a green silk plant with some dark purple leaves. I think it is very realist and pretty. I got the medium size which is plenty tall. The colors are vibrant but not so bright as to look fake. I would love to someday have real plants, but until then this is the best choice. I have a 25 gal freshwater tank which I decorated with 12 silk plants- small, med and large sizes - and arranged the plants around black lava rocks and added a blue background. The colors of the plants look nice with the rocks and the blue background. The plants fan out from either side of the rocks and sway in the water. As long as the plant is set well in the gravel, it will not tip over.The colors of the plants make the colors of my fish stand out more. Plus the fish seem to feel more secure because they can hide among the plants, like they would in the wild. They search the leaves and under the plants for missed food. There are lots of little areas among the plants for the fish to explore and hide. My little guys seem relaxed and like having these silk plants in their aquarium.I am happy with these plants. I like the way they add color and texture to my aquarium, and my fish like having a more comfortable home.

My fish love these silk plants. As soon as I had cleaned them and prepped them for the aquarium, the fish were waiting. They flocked to underneath and loved the shade it provided. They are the perfect size. Not too big and not too small. They also have the red leaves that the fish love to swim between. They dart in between the plants if you buy multiple. Might grab a couple more.

Let me start by saying that this is a nice quality silk-style plant, but it is huge. Due to how large the leaves/petals are and the thinness of the plastic stalks, this thing droops around without a current moving. With a current moving, it just looks like a huge hot-mess. I put this in a 20 gallon long tank and it looked a bit silly with how large the leaves are. Just be prepared for how big it actually is.Pros:-Good quality, well made fabric plant.-Realistic movement with sufficient current-Very attractive lookingCons:-Its huge. Like the size of the new dinorsaur in the Jurassic World movie huge.-Did mention that its huge?

This was a little bigger than expected so be sure to look at the dimensions before purchasing.It's a nice looking silk plant but the reason I deducted a star is because it is a real hassle to get it to stand up in the tank, the leaves spread everywhere so it tips over very easily. Finally I just zip tied some of the stems together and it's better (don't worry I trimmed and filed down the sharp parts of the ties). It would have been nice for the base to be more weighted.I can't deny that my betta loves hiding in this thing though - see picture.

I definitely recommend this plant. It's pretty and soft, provides a perfect space for my betta to hang and hide out. I bought the medium size when I should have bought a small. Instead of returning it though, I took apart the three main vines and turned them into three individual smaller plants weighted down with thick glass beads. Now they fit perfectly and look great swaying in the water. The leaves are beautiful natural shades of green and burgundy. Unfortunately though, the plastic vines make the plant look anything but natural. However, compared to other fake aquarium plants, the Hagen Marina Naturals look more natural than most and the quality is excellent, especially at Amazon's low prices.

Our betta loves it! I did cut all the thin pointy leaves off before putting it in his tank. The leaves are nice and soft and natural looking.

Great item for the money.....looks fantastic in the tank .....wasn't sure about it when it first arrived but am really pleased with it now and the fish love it!!!

Lots of greens for my tank and the splash of red give a natural color to my tank

The overall style of the plant goes very nicely with the overall scaping of my tank. For whatever reason, this plant took longer than all the other items so we held off on tank cycling until it arrived, that was a little disappointing. I was super disappointed though when after one week of cycling my tank the plant started to fray...before I even got a chance to add the fish! I've bought other plants in this line, hoping they hold up!

This is a good size for my 5.5 gallon tank. These are my favorite plants for my betta. They are soft enough that he can rest within the leaves without my worrying about his delicate fins. They do have sharp plastic blades of fake grass interspersed, but I just cut those off as close to the base as I can. I have also noticed with other plants from this line that sometimes threads will come off from the leaves, but otherwise they hold up pretty well.

This is a fantastic aquarium plant for any tank in general, but especially for a fish like bettas that need something to play with and something more natural. A lot of bettas will become tail biters and it is suspected to be caused by boredom, as well as a few other things. I've noticed my betta is often doing something that looks an awful lot like playing.I was initially a bit disappointed after tearing in to the (incredibly well) packaged item to discover it looked quite fake. But upon washing it and placing it in my tank I was proved completely wrong. Once in the water this plant comes alive and looks almost real and adds a lovely splash of colour.It does take up a large amount of my 2.5 gallon tank (the medium size seems to work nicely in this small tank, much to my happiness) but it still leaves considerable swimming room and I realized quite quickly that, not only does this plant serve as a natural touch to the tank, it serves as a toy for my boy. He spent the first half hour with his new plant weaving through all of the leaves, it acts almost like a maze. He absolutely loves it. He's already taken to resting on the large leaves and is constantly swimming through it.This plant is an insanely good price in general, but especially for a silk plant which is something all bettas should have in their tank (unless you can have real plants). This plant will not tear the betta fins and it looks lovely. I highly recommend!!!Keep in mind that the image provided makes the plant look neon green and hot pink due to heavy saturation, it is actually a nice, natural green and a vibrant red.He's had this plant for a week now and he has sure made himself comfortable. Also, it's easy to clean! It looks beautiful in the water.
