Beautiful high quality faucet!!
I LOVE this faucet! I installed it on my claw foot tub and it looks amazing. It’s very high quality and the installation instructions were easy to follow. I had a small leak at the neck and it turns out it was just a misaligned rubber grommet. Customer service was fantastic even tho it was via email. They responded within a day and sent me a video to show me how to check it. Couldn’t be happier!

Quality control issue
Love the design. The shower hose was damaged and missing a grommet. An issue with quality control at source rather than in transit.
