Antigravity Batteries AG-YTZ7-8 Hi-Power Lithium-Ion Motorcycle Battery

Given the cost and need for a special charger, I was wary. However, I took a chance because it was the only option for my application given the space.I was thoroughly impressed. I have a stripped down Yamaha r1 race bike and this starts everytime no issues.The size comparison and weight are unbelievable. I would definitely buy again.

Great battery. The picture is my old one which is still working after 4 years and 300 hours but down to 77amps. Still starts my 2012 WR450F but not worth chancing a failure when I embark on my 5th LA Barstow to Vegas ride this week. The temps are forecasted to dip into the low 20s. The WR450 does have a kickstart but since the bike is fuel injected, I was told that it can't run with a dead battery (I've never attempted to prove this true or false so that info could be wrong). This battery cost more than other options but I feel it was well worth the money. If my new one lasts as long as this one, I'll be completely satisfied.

Overall, an expensive lesson. From the beginning the battery was slow turning over my KLX 250s. A few hours of riding, with stalls on the trail and restarts, was enough to leave it weak enough to be unable to start. I kept the battery charged an on an Optimate Lithium tender, to no real effect. After 3 or 4 slow starts, the battery would fail to provide enough juice to turn the engine over. Ended up spending more money to provide a fresh lead acid battery to sell the bike (and it turns over great!)Contacted Antigravity about warranty. Just send it in, they say. Great! Now I have to pay the shipping charges for the lithium class 9 shipping, and if I am lucky, I get a discount for the purchase of another Antigravity...for a bike I have sold. So...I can throw more money after bad, or just soak up the original bad decision. Never again.

It is small and light weight to power my lawn sprayer among other things. This is great if you need a portable battery or a battery that is light weight for racing.

I purchased this July of 2019 and before I could install it, the motor I bought it for went T/U.Fast forward 3 years, I needed a battery for something else and remembered this had been siting in my closet for over 3 years.. I put a volt meter on it and it is reading 13.06V. For a lithium battery, that is fantastic!

My bike came with Lithium battery from ElIIY and the original battery died within the first week. After drama with the dealer and talking to Honda they replaced it. Fast forward, little over a year later that battery was dead too.The ELIIY battery is only 120CCA and don't seem to last and cost almost $600 with only 1 year warranty. (If you wonder, yes I checked the bike for any tiny leak charges and there are none.)I bought this replacement because it is much stronger 240CCA and most importantly has the exact same dimensions as the ElIIY, plus it cost way less. So far my bike loves the additional CCA from this battery.I cannot speak for durability yet, but will update my review as time goes by. But this battery has 3 years warranty, so I'm less concerned about that part.

Awesome power at startup, very low weight

Muy buena batería, ahora mi moto se siente con más fuerza que con la original de plomo, fácil de instalar, sus terminales con rosca en vez de tuercas la hace perfecta para instalar muchos accesorios.
