These bags seem to be made of a good thick plastic. Very durable. Bought them for an upcoming camping/hiking trip. Stated capacity is 5 Liters but if filled to maximum capacity they hold closer to 7.5 liters. The spouts hold water even when bag is handled aggressively. Also can be used as an inflatable pillow. Spout is hard to pull out when pushed in but isn't an issue and means it isn't likely to come loose with rough handling.

first, the bags themselves are GREAT! sturdy. leak-proof (i know coz a squashed it down)! the stand, itself, I am not sure. the concept is great, but they don't lock, so be careful when pressing down - you will need someone to hold the stand together while you are locking the spout in place - hard to do when you are a one-person show. you don't want to press the spout in place without the stand because then you're going to lose some liquid.

Bought these to package homemade wine in, rather than bottle all that wine. I converted a shoebox to act as a dispenser, and it worked perfectly. I do not think it is possible to remove the nozzle once it has been pushed all the way in.

We live fulltime in an RV, and we ferment our own wine. These were an excellent lightweight alternative to glass bottles for us to "bottle" our wine. They work well, keep our wine fresh and don't leak.

I bought this stand to make it easier to snap in the spout on the Astrapouch Bag-In-Box bags. They fail to mention that the two pieces don’t even fasten together and come apart quite easily without help or outside equipment (aka vice grips or another person physically holding them together while you snap in the spout). If the arc is sitting flat on a table it hardly accommodates even their smallest bags, and doesn’t even allow you to “burp” the bag as the company recommends to get all the air out without a guaranteed mess. If Amazon didn’t offer free returns through Kohl’s I would have thrown it in the trash with all the rest of my garbage.

If you make your own wine, this is a convenient way to bottle it. However, the inclination is to fill the bag, and if you do that, it will not fit in the box. We have wooden 3L boxes that a filled bag will fit into, but you should only fill it half way to fit it into the provided box. Obviously in the future, we'll get the bags only and skip the box option.
