I love to use this for boxing

Product comes with “instructions” that only tell you a list of pieces included and how to put the bar and bag together. It does not actually provide instructions on how to mount on to a surface. Even bigger it does not mention what surfaces you should install it on and if other pieces are needed to mount them on say concrete vs wood. Would avoid this item and who with something more professional. Would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded. In spite of the video, I do like the “spar bar” it just wobbles way too much and caused the bar to slow down. For its price, I think it should be cheaper

Bought this for our 15 yo but since he’s going to be hitting it, some thought needs to go into where we attach this and to do it probably so the sheet rock doesn’t rip out. More to come.
