I been taking this supplements for a 6 months, started with the powder and now I take the pills since is easier to include each day. I see a big change in my mood.

When I purchased this it was hope that I would be able to try an alternative to some of the caffeine filled jitter supplements. Instead of the full dose I started with one a day and I don't like it. It has an ingredient in it that makes me feel as I am having an anxiety/ panic attack and constant itching. Not sure which ingredient it is so I chose to stop taking. I am obviously intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. Not the products fault. I'm sure this product is amazing for other but not for me due to super sensitivities and allergies.

These are super convenient if you travel and use the powder for your coffee on non travel days. This supplement has been an absolute game changer in regards to energy, mood and overall well being!
