I Have bought 4 fans and all have stopped working within 4 months of use. On calling the company I was told that since they don’t have any tie up in Kolkata I should get the fans checked by a local electricians and they would send me the parts required. On the flip side the warranty is not valid if any third persons opens the fan machinery.Can’t understand how does Amazon sell such products without checking their after sales service tie ups of the company
