I purchased the grey five-tier ladder bookcase, and it exceeded my expectations. The price is very reasonable for the quality, and it was simple to put together. The first one arrived damaged, but the seller replaced it the very next day without any hesitation – fantastic customer service!It looks great in my space and feels sturdy enough to hold a good amount of books and decorative items. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Nice enough shelves, although the paint was chipped in a couple of places but I decided to live with this.However be aware, if any part is missing the only option is to return the entire unit and have a new one delivered. It is not possible to request individual replacement parts. I did not realise that the screw end caps were missing until I had finished building the shelves. As the end caps are only cosmetic and do not affect the integrity of the unit, the idea of disassembling the whole thing (and there were quite a lots of pieces to put together) and repackaging it for return, just for these was just too much, particularly since there is no guarantee that the replacement wouldn't also have parts, possibly more important ones, missing.I think this is a real shame - although fairly cheap, there are still cheaper items out there and I have to say these shelves are not great value.

Totally changed the room and was fairly easy to assembled

Easy to build lovely and sturdy drilled my to the wall for extra safety with it being in my children’s room loads of space for your bits and bobs looks lovely

Not great quality. Holes didn’t match up and shelves were at different angles. Had to send back.

Such bad quality item - badly finished scracted everywhere, paint missing - holes don't align so can't go together at all, terrible.Do not buy this
