After losing my mom to cancer, I was not sleeping well. Consequently, my energy level got worse by the day. I was a zombie! I've heard ads for Bio35 for over 20 years and thought, "It's just a vitamin! It can't be that amazing." Well... six months of no sleep or energy & I was ready to try anything. I ordered the 100 count bottle just hoping for a bit more energy to get me thru the day. I'd seen reviews where people said Bio35 helped them sleep better, but I didn't dare to dream. The bottle arrived and I was surprised to see it says to take THREE pills a day. It seemed like a lot, but I'm desperate. By day two on Bio35, I feel a bit more pep. Super! Night two: wham! I slept like a baby. I couldn't believe it! Every night since then I've slept normally and my energy level is up. I don't know if it's all in my head or what, but my old vitamins are now in the trash. Bio35 is worth the cost to feel & sleep better.One caution: take Bio35 with food. Well, I've never had great health, and since I don't eat enough, I keep becoming nutritionally deficient. I have tried tons of supplements, and bio 35 is the only one that helps. I can absorb the vitamins, and don't just lose them, since they are designed to be bio available. This has omega 3, vitamins, and enzymes. Normally, I'd expect to need three pills. Not with this. I'm one and done. Hardly anyone can get everything right, but they did.

The capsules are large and hard to swallow.
