Easy Track RB1460-T Deluxe Starter Closet, 4 to 8 Foot, Truffle

I've never written a review before, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the product received. We have Easy Track in several of our rooms already and have never had any quality issue like this in the past. The corners of the panels and shelves were chipped, more than half the plastic ends the hanging rods go into were cracked or had missing knobs that are suppose to go into the holes on the panel to hold the rods. It also looked like the hardware bag that came with it had been opened. I suspect this box had been returned. The box it came it was a little beat up, but it wouldn't have caused the damage that the pieces had. We still like Easy Track, but I'm not sure what happened with this box. I suspect the issue is the vendor selling this vs the actual product.

Purchased 4 boxes of easy track closet organizer. Items came in damaged on the long boards and we are missing two 4 foot rods that screw into the wall. The boxes were falling apart, they should of been shipped by a different carrier.I have used easy track closet organizers before and loved them, but I had always bought from a local store which nolonger carries them so I had to order on line.
